Ø  What do I need to do prior to coming to the center?

o   Every person needs to have a unique email address to create a center account. Also accounts with the following game stores are required to play games on the systems.

§  Epic

§  Blizzard

§  Wargaming.net

§  Riot Games

Ø  What games do you currently have installed on the systems?

o   For a complete list of games currently at the center click here.

Ø  Can you put other games on the systems?

o   Yes, I can provide any game on the system, and as the center evolves more games will be added, generally through either request or through polls that can be conducted regularly.

Ø  What happens to my time if I have to leave early?

o   All time that is purchased remains on the account, in fact pre loading time is highly encouraged as it makes for an uninterrupted gaming experience.

Ø  Do I earn anything for playing on the systems?

o   YES!!, our center uses a Coins system, similar to tickets at an arcade. One coin is earned every minute and these Coins can be redeemed for Free Hours, Snacks, Drinks, Merchandise, Gaming Peripherals, and even a GAMING PC!!

Ø  Do I need a reservation to come down and play?

o   No, we currently have 12 pc’s for everyone to enjoy. If you are curious if there is a machine available, feel free to give us a call. If you wish to reserve a PC to make sure it is available when you want, please refer to our Reservations page.

Ø  Can I bring my elementary age child down to play?

o   Absolutely. All children 12 and under will need parents/guardians’ assistance however, as they themselves cannot agree to Terms Of Service agreements legally and will need the parent/guardian to sign them up for all the accounts required to play.
